Proposed development of about 2,340 residential units for the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) under a 15-year Build, Lease, Transfer (BLT) PPP model. The Project will deliver an estimated 104,125sq.m in built-up areas and associated infrastructure as well as amenities across five project sites in Nairobi, Laikipia, Mombasa and Nakuru Counties.
