The project entails the construction of 96 new modular industrial buildings on a 2Million Square feet of leasable. A special purpose vehicle will be established to implement the project on commercial basis over a 15 year period. The promoter will provide strategic serviced land for the project. The strategic partner will avail financing on a Joint venture basis (30% Government and 70% private equity)
