The Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited (KPRL) is a petroleum refinery in Kenya. They currently Have the available facilities: -9 Megawatt thermal power plant, -Bitumen Plant - 150 tons/day - Grease Plant, - 8 tons/day, -Land 377.7 acres -Refinery complex with 12,000 MT/d -tank farms 474,921m3, storage capacity of LPG 12,000 tons, Truck loading: -Premium Motor Spirit (PMS): 700m3/ day -Automotive Gas Oil (AGO): 500m3/ day -Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO): 500m3/ day Currently KPRL is seeking investment to convert their thermal power plant to a gas firing as to export electricity to the national grid.
