Proposed expansion of the teaching and student accommodation facilities for the current College of Health Sciences at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital under a 20-year Design, Build, Finance, Maintain and Transfer (DBFMT) PPP model in Eldoret (Uasin-Gishu County). The teaching facility will host up to 3,000 students, while the accommodation facility will house about 800 students.
